| 摘 要： | 测试是语言教学的重要环节，而信度和效度则是语言测试领域中的两个基本概念。本文介绍了信度和效度的定义、测量方法、影响因素等，并在分析英语语言测试法的基础上回顾了信度与效度的发展，得出语言测试只有在保证其质量的前提下，才能成为有效的测量手段的结论。

| Abstract: | Testing is an important step in language teaching,and reliability and validity are two basic concepts in testing.This article introduces the definitions of reliability and validity,measuring methods as well as affecting factors,besides,based on analysis of English language testing methods,it reviews the development of reliability and validity.And it draws the conclusion that only by guaranteeing the quality of language testing,can language testing be the effective measuring means. |
