| 摘 要： | 为了清除公共环境和商品上的压敏胶残留物,研制了一种低挥发性的压敏胶水基清洗剂。通过配方组分筛选试验和正交试验优化出了以苯甲醇为主的水基清洗剂配方;通过添加表面活性剂,选择适当的工艺参数,制备了均匀稳定的水基清洗剂。该清洗剂可快速清除多种极性基材表面的压敏胶残留物,具有对基材无腐蚀、污染小、成本低和常温使用等优点。

| Abstract: | A water-based detergent is prepared to remove the pressure-sensitive adhesive waste.By means of the composition screening and experiment of orthogonal design,an optimal formula of water-based detergent is obtained,in which benzyl alcohol is chosen as the main solvent.Furthermore,by adding the surfactant and choosing the proper technological condition,a stable water-based detergent is prepared in lab,which can be used with low corrosion,low pollution and low cost to clean pressure-sensitive adhesive waste on the surface of many kinds of base material. |
