| 摘 要： | "分"是道家政治哲学的主要范畴,在道家思想发展的历史之维中大抵经历了"名分"、"性分"与"职分"的嬗变."名分"论的核心是君臣上下率性自然,各安其"名",各守其"分";"性分"论侧重于尊重万物与人的个体性,强调在对个体自性的满足中实现"自为自治";吸收合并了儒、法诸家思想的"职分"论则是君臣异"分"的政治职能观、君民悬命的政治主张和"守分如常"的政治共同体思想的有机统一.
