| 摘 要： | 城乡二元经济是当前中国面临的一个十分棘手的问题,构建和谐社会需要认真解决城乡之间发展的不均衡。本文以位于全国城乡统筹综合配套改革试验区成都市的郫县为研究对象,针对其作为成都市上风上水区域,是供水安全和生态安全的重要保障地,提出了城乡统筹的生态产业发展模式,以期实现经济快速发展与环境优美和谐共存的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Urban-rural dual economy is a problem difficult to handle. The construction of harmonious society needs to solve the unbalance between urban and rural areas seriously. The paper analysis based on a county of Chengdu City -a metropolis of urban -rural integrated development experimental area that locates the upper water and wind region of it. We suggest a eco-industry development model to ensure the harmonious exist and sustainable development between rapid economic development and beautiful environment, and then realize water supply and ecological security of Chengdu. |
