| 摘 要： | 现代市场经济是信用高度发达的市场经济，即信用经济。由于种种原因，改革开放以来尤其是近些年来，我国面临着日益严峻的信用经济失效问题。本文对中国经济转型中信用经济失效的主要表现、形成机理与治理对策等问题进行了探讨。
