高职畜牧兽医专业“2211”人才培养模式的研究与实践

为了适当现代畜牧业经济发展和市场需求,跟进产业升级,以职业能力培养为核心,突出高职教育的职业性,黄冈职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业对专业教育教学进行了系列改革与实践,构建了2211工学结合人才培养模式,取得了较好教学效果,提高了人才培养质量。

Research and Practice of 2211 Personnel Training Mode of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to appropriate the economic development and market demand of modern animal husbandry and veterinary specialty,follow-up industrial upgrading,in order to develop professional ability as the core,highlight the occupational feature of higher education,we conducted a series of reform and practice of professional teaching on animal husbandry and veterinary medicine specialty,construct a ＂2211＂ training model combinating work with study in Huanggang Polytechnic College,which has achieved good teaching effect and improved the quality of personnel training.
