| 摘 要： | 就业问题是高校生存与发展的严峻问题。文章将高校学生的就业指导工作分为相互联系的四级网络，对各级网络的建设进行了详细讨论，提出鼓励学生通过勤工俭学、社会实践等多种形式。提高大学生的就业率等思路。
