| 摘 要： | 荷兰解决就业问题的浮地模式在创造就业机会、减少失业、从根本上缓解失业带来的各种社会问题上都获得了巨大成功。本文将重点讨论浮地模式的形成过程和主要特征,探讨其对我国就业发展的启示意义,对于解决目前我国比较严重的下岗失业人员再就业问题具有很强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Polder Model is a Dutch answer to employment problems,and it has achieved great success in creating employment opportunities,reducing unemployment and basically alleviating various kinds of social problems caused by unemployment.This paper emphasizes on the analysis of the development courses and main characteristics of Polder Model and the exploration of the enlightenment on employment development in our country.This paper has a realistic significance to help sole serious reemployment problems of laid-off workers and the unemployed in our country. |
