乡村旅游业:贵州统筹城乡发展的产业选择

贵州作为西部旅游资源大省，开展乡村旅游的条件十分优越。本文在运用SWOT工具分析贵州发展乡村旅游可行性的基础上，基于统筹城乡发展的视角，认为现阶段发展贵州乡村旅游产业，应充分利用和挖掘贵州“欠发达、欠开发”这个最大的省情，充分发挥政府职能，加强对乡村旅游的管理和引导，坚持走社区参与模式和实施品牌战略，从而促进贵州乡村旅游产业又好又快的发展并最大程度地惠及农民。
