碳钢/钢结硬质合金覆层材料制备及界面分析

摘    要:采用爆炸压实成形和低真空液相烧结扩散串联工艺在钢板表面制备钢结硬质合金覆层(SBCTC).用SEM、硬度测试和EDS元素分布分析等方法证实碳钢/钢结硬质合金覆层(CSTC)界面.结果表明:CSTC结合界面致密性好,沿着界面法向方向Fe,C,W主要元素分布呈现明显梯度分布.W元素向碳钢一侧渗透超过100μm,由复式碳化物导致SBCTC侧硬度值达600—700HV之间.沿着CSTC界面法向(由SBCTC侧指向碳钢侧)扩散区硬度渐趋下降.

Abstract:Steel-bonded cemented TLMW50 cladding was melted with carbon steel by a combination of explosive compaction and liquid sintering technology. The interface of Carbon steel / Steel-bonded carbide TLMW50 Cladding (CSTC) was tested by SEM, hardness testing and EDS analysis. The results showed that gradient distributions of the elements Fe, C and W were found in normal direction of the interface of CSTC with good compatibility. The element W permeated about 100μm in depth through the side of carbon steel. The improved hardness of about 600-700HV of SBCTC was attributed to the formation of multiple carbide. The hardness of SBCTC decreased along the normal direction of the interface of CSTC (from SBCTC to carbon steel).
