投掷项目轻重器械配比训练方法的研究

摘    要:在投掷项目中实行轻、重器械配比训练已经引起了投掷界的高度关注。经过问卷调查和面访结果的统计分析,结合投掷训练学的基本理论,认为轻、重器械重量的确定和选择应按照最大输出功率的原则进行;在优秀运动员准备期训练中,应根据专项速度和专项力量发展的需要,确定轻、重器械训练的比重。

Abstract:It is highly recognized that training method of lightweight apparatus arrangement is implemented in throwing events.Through questionnaire,interview and statistical analysis,combining with the basic theory of training,the author thinks that the selection of lightweight apparatus should be in accordance with the principle of maximal output power.During the preparation,it should be based on specific velocity and strength development to set the proportion of lightweight apparatus training for elite throwers.
