摘    要:大量的研究结果证明,体育教学效益普遍不高已是人所共知的严峻事实。运用巴班斯基“最优化”教学理论探讨了体育课教学效益的问题,就制约体育课教学效益的相关因素进行了分析,并提出提高体育课教学效益的若干建议。

Abstract:Sufficient research proves that it is a severe fact that the teaching effects and benefits of PE lessons are generally very low.This essay discusses the problem of the teaching effects and benefits of PE lessons with the help of B'S optimization theory this essay makes analysis on relevant elements which govern the teaching effects and benefits and comes up with a lot of advice.
