| 摘 要： | 回顾了国内外苯胺生产技术现状、安全生产现状，分析了国内外风险评价技术的现状与进展。运用危险性与可操作性分析法（HAZOP）对苯胺生产过程中流化床反应器在操作过程中可能发生事故及危险进行了分析，从可见的技术参数角度入手，指出了苯胺生产过程主要事故发生的原因、产生的后果、装置应具备的保护设施和措施；并对保障安全生产提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the present situation and development about safety manufacture and risk evaluation at home and abroad.Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP) method is applied to analyze the possibility of accident and risk on fluidized-bed reactor when producing aniline process.Starting with eyeable technique parameter,the cause and consequence of main accidents,the protection facilities and measures to the device are pointed out.The production safety and security recommendations are also put forward |
