| 摘 要： | 发达国家在发展成人教育方面,不仅具有超前的指导思想和社会观念,而且在教育体制和教学管理等方面都有比较成功的经验。进入新世纪,我国的成人教育学业也要与时俱进。因此认真研究与借鉴发达国家的经验,探讨当前我国成人教育迫切需要改革的问题,仍是广大成人教育工作者面临的重大课题。
