高职院校体育教学探讨

高等职业技术教育是集职业技能、思想品质、身体素质等为一体的德智体全面发展的教育,它的教学目的,是为社会培养实用型技术人才。高职院校的体育教育应与普通高校的体育课有所不同。如何结合高职学生的职业特点,有针对地选择教学内容和方法,建立与自身相适应的体育教学模式,发挥其功能,以适应学生职业及综合训练的需要,是当前亟待解决的问题。

Exploration on reforming Physical Education in Higer Vocational Colleges

PE teaching in Higer Vocational Colleges should be different from that in ordinary universities.PE in vocational colleges is to enhance the students' vocatonal skills and the physical quality as a whole.How to unify the vocational characteristics and to choose the appropriate contents and the method of the course,how to establish its own model,to display its function,to meet the needs of students' occupation and the integrated training,are big problems that must be urgently solved.
