摘    要:任何学科的教学都需启发诱导,尤以文科为甚。文科教师是否注重启发诱导,其结果迥然不同:有了启发诱导,学生就全神贯注、专心致志,课堂就生机勃勃、充满活力;缺了启发诱导,学生就萎靡不振、一盘散沙,课堂就沉闷压抑、了无生趣。大量教学实践证明,文科教师讲课非启发诱导不可!办好高等教育,起关键作用的是教师。长期以来,我国高等教育成效堪忧,不尽人意,笔者认为对教育心存敬畏的教师较少是其主因。对教育心存敬畏,就要求教师具有神圣的责任感,强烈的敬业精神,探求最佳教学方法的欲望,经常进行总结和反省的自觉意识。
