大学生学习过程中的自我设限行为及应对策略

摘    要:自我设限是当个体面临威胁自我价值实现的失败情境时,为了保护自我价值,为未来可能的失败预留理由,而事先寻找一些借口或采取一些行动,陷自己于不利成功情境的一种行为策略。自我设限策略的使用受到外在以及内在两部分原因的影响。为了预防自我设限,我们一方面要舒缓学生的考试焦虑,另一方面要引导学生进行合作型学习,营造友好的学习环境。

Abstract:Self-handicapping is a strategy of self-protection or self-enhancement in the face of an evaluation threat.The strategy of self-handicapping is usually influenced by individuals'inner psychological factors and outer environmental factors.To prevent self-handicapping,on the one hand,it is necessary to help students to overcome exam anxiety,and on the other hand,it needs to guide the students to have cooperative study and set up a friendly learning environment.
