无滤波镜像抑制结构混频集成电路的设计

摘    要:常见镜像抑制滤波器的实现大多以多混频结构实现,而且都用低通滤波器来实现滤波功能,由于滤波器中的电容在芯片中的占用面积较大,会加大芯片的集成成本。采用无滤波器的镜像抑制结构设计高集成度的混频集成电路,可大大提高电路的集成度及解决相关衍生的问题。

Abstract:The normal sturcture of image reiector is mostly realized with mixers,and some LPFs(low pass filter) are included.The capacitance realized in the intergrated circuit takes a great area of the chip,thus will increase the cost of the chip.While with the filterless structure of image rejection can improve the intensity of the intergrated circuit,it can greatly improve the integration of circuit and solve the relevant problems.
