中小学教师评价学生能力的现状与对策

摘    要:在我国全面推行素质教育的进程中,中小学教师的评价能力存在着评价不准确、以偏概全以及随着教师教龄增加评价能力反而降低等现象。因此,应该从完善教师的知识结构、转变教师的学生观、重视教师培训工作和鼓励教师参与教育科学研究、改进教师的评价内容和方式等方面着手提高我国中小学教师的评价能力。

Abstract:In process of the all-round implementation of quality education in China, some phenomenon have arisen such as the incorrect evaluation ability of teachers in middle school and primary school and the evaluation ability scoring lower as the teachers are getting older. Therefore, the evaluation ability of teachers in middle school and primary school should be enhanced in terms of the improvement of structure of teacher's knowledge, the transformation of teacher's outlook towards students, the importance attached to teacher's training, the encouragement of teacher's participation in educational science research and the improvement of evaluation contents.
