| 摘 要： | 以浙江省高职院校园区建设经验为实证案例，论述了大学科技园区形式的实训基地特征，分析了高职院校社会服务功能的属性，着重在生产性实训、校企间科研合作、行业培训以及园区自主创业等方面，详细论述了园区形式的实训基地社会服务功能机制的开发与设计。
