| 摘 要： | 本文以建设高水平优秀教学团队为重点讨论议题，指出团队师德建设是核心，强大学科支撑是基础，系列品牌课程和精品教材建设、创新人才培养模式是载体，追踪学科前沿的科学研究是培养优秀人才的重要途径，青年教师培养是构建合理教学团队、可持续科学发展的根本，形成教学团队建设特色、培育优秀地质人才是根本目标。最后，从应用角度探讨了优秀教学团队建设的方法途径。
