| 摘 要： | 枯竭(Burnout)用来描述人与工作的关系发生扭曲时所面临的困难,是对在工作中产生的情感的、人际关系压力源的慢性反应。目前关于枯竭的概念以及相关理论的探讨还很少,枯竭包括耗尽、人格解体和个人成就感低落三个维度;枯竭研究主要有三种理论模型,并出现新的研究动向。
