基于“两化融合”的复合型软件人才培养模式探索

中国作为一个工业化任务尚未完成，又面临着实现信息化艰巨任务的发展中国家，为实现跨越式发展，必须走信息化与工业化融合之路。而复合型软件人才培养是促进工业化与信息化融合的有力保障，对振兴东北老工业基地乃至“两化融合”战略的顺利实施具有巨大的推动作用。以大连交通大学为例，探讨五年制双专业复合型软件人才培养模式的定位与原则，提出了基于“两化融合”的人才培养模式与方案，产生了明显的实践效果。
