论学术期刊办刊模式及人才结构的合理性

学术期刊办刊模式的改革，要把学术期刊作为信息产业的一部分，将现代企业经营管理引入学术期刊，参与社会经济活动，取得经济效益；同时提高刊物的学术质量及社会效益，使期刊发展进入良性循环。为此，应改革现有办刊模式和人才结构，实行学型、技术型及企业家型分工。

Administrative Mode of Academic Journal and the Optimum Structure of Person of Abilities in Knowledge Economic Society

Academic journal as a part of message production in knowledge economy society,should involve the practice of modern administration of enterprise in its reform. The economic activities should be taken to earn economic benefit and heighten the academic quality as well as social profit,consequently to ensure a good development. Therefore there should be the optimum structure of person with abilities who may be a scholar editor ,a technical editor or a administrator editor.
