| Abstract: | This article analyses the main problems in the forestry development of Luoyang city during the ninth Five Year Plan. It expounds the guideline, the general development goal and the general arrangement of Luoyang city during the tenth Five Year Plan. In this thesis, we also expound the management tactics, construction tactics of the major projects and the forestry bases in the tenth Five Year Plan. We put forward the main measures to develop the forestry of Luoyang city during the tenth Five Year Plan at a high speed. |
