浅议“学评教”意义、影响因素及改进对策

摘    要:"学评教"是教学质量监控中教学质量评价的一个重要组成部分,目的是为教师改进教学工作,提高教学效果。但现实却存在对"学评教"意义认识不清等问题,并异化出教师为了迎合评教而教等现象,背离了"学评教"目的。作者通过对"学评教"意义、影响因素等进行分析,提出了改进对策。
