| Abstract: | From the point of view and method of historic materialism, this article makes a deep exposition on the thoery of Communist Party Construction during the new period. It indicates that while studying the speech on July 1st, we must understand the two basic features the oretical creativity and realistic pertinency of the "three representings" theory, paying special attention to thetwo kinds of relationships. |
