On Lao Tse's Educational Ideal Embodied from "Self-nurture Without Action"

Due to his real solicitude of the significance of individuals, Lao Tse thought that people would nurture each other if they weren't disturbed and education should be without any enforced speech. His philosophy contains profound concepts of education and embodies his respect and ultimate concern of humanity. He advocated that a teacher should have accomplishment of moral conduct. He thought that a teacher should have a great wisdom that is like still water running deep. By no disturbing action of teachers themselves, they can fully tap potentials for everybody and make the students become men of self-awareness, self-consciousness and self-awaking.
