| 摘 要： | 中西语言和文化的差异首先表现为一些哲学核心概念的差异。通过对Ｐｈｉｌｏｓｏｐｈｙ、Ｏｎｔｏｌｏｇｙ、Ｍｅｔａｐｈｙｓｉｃｓ和Ｂｅｉｎｇ等西方哲学概念基本词义的辨析，可见用“哲学”翻译Ｐｈｉｌｏｓｏｐｈｙ、用“本体论”翻译Ｏｎｔｏｌｏｇｙ的根本困难，其根源在于中西学术语言对Ｂｅｉｎｇ范畴的不同理解；并由此使 “真理”与“道理”的区别构成西方哲学与中国哲学的一个根本性的内在差异。
