试论我国农业产业化的任务及组织保障

农业产业化是我思农业适应社会主义市场经济需要，逐步确立的新的农业经营制度，它的形成及进一步的发展必须遵循制度演进的内在规律，我国农业产业化的最终任务是要实现农业的现代化，但这首先要求实现农业的商业化和专业化，进而实现工业化。农业产业化的制度效用能不能全面体现、现代化的任务能不能最终完成，有赖于有效的农业产业化组织的建立，在农业产业化初级阶段，农业产业化组织应以外部牵引型组织模式为主；在农业产业化较高级阶段，农业产业化组织应以合作型组织模式为主；在农业产业化高级阶段，农业产业化组织应以农业企业组织模式为主。

A Tentative Discussion of the Task and Organizational Guarantee of Agricutural Industrialization in our Country

Agricultural industrialization in our country has gradually been established as a system of management of agriculture necessary for the development of our agriculture to conform to the needs of our socialist market oriented economy,and its shaping and further development must follow the inherent laws of the institutional evolution.The ultimate task of agricultural industrialization in our country is to fulfil the agricultural modernization,but this requires that agriculture be first and foremost commercialized and specialized,and then proceed to accomplish its industrialization.Whether the institution of agricultural industrialization would have its effectiveness given expression to,whether the task of agricultural modernization could be completed in the end,it all depends on the establishment of an effective industrialized agricultural organization.In the primary stage of agricultural industrialization,it should take the externally drawn type pattern of organization as the dominant factor;in its more advanced stage,cooperation type pattern of organization as the main factor;and in its most advanced stage,the agricultural enterprice type pattern of organization as the leading factor.
