成人教育中BPO人才培养探析

通过对山东省服务外包重点城市BPO人才需求及培养模式进行调研,从而探索成人教育中如何对BPO人才需求专业进行适度调整与结合,为成人教育BPO人才培养发展献计献策,以期更好地服务地方和区域经济发展。

On the Cultivation of BPO Talents in Adult Education

Business process outsourcing （referred to as BPO） is to transfer all or part of the management and operation of the customer to the service provider,so as to improve the competence of customer process automation. BPO services involving finance, in- surance, trade, human resources, accounting, asset management, foreign language call center and sales and marketing and other fields,is one of sunrise industries. BPO professionals need to possess management skills,language skills, computer skills and compre- hensive quality, and they have a lot of similarities with the adult education. Based on the investigation on the demand of Shandong prov- ince ontsourcing key cities in BPO talents training mode, we want to explore how to adjust and integrate the BPO professionals in adult education, so as to improve some suggestions on the adult education cultivation of BPO talents, in order to better serve local and region- al economic development.
