| 摘 要： | 广州市的独立学院在政府办学、办学体制与机制、办学定位与特色、师资队伍与管理队伍建设、学科专业设置等方面均存在一些问题。各级政府应该加强对独立学院的支持、指导与评价,完善独立学院法人治理结构。独立学院应科学定位,实现转设为民办普通高校,加强队伍建设,创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,促进独立学院的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | According to the survey and research of 11 independent colleges in Guangzhou,it shows there are lots of problems in government support for schools, school systems, orientations of running a school, team building, professional setting, etc. The govern- ments should strengthen the support, guidance and evaluation for the independent colleges, perfect the legal person governance structure of the independent colleges. The independent colleges should orientate scientifically, strengthen the team building,achieve independent private undergraduate college, innovate talentg training mode,improve the talent training quality,in order to promote the sustainable de- velopment of independent colleges. |
