摘    要:高校新进教师处于教师发展的起点阶段,普遍缺乏教学经验与教学技巧。在此背景下,本研究以"学习者特征分析能力"为例,从培训目标的制定、培训内容的构建、培训活动的设计三方面对高校新进教师教学能力进行校本培训设计,旨在为提升高校新进教师教学能力探索新的具体方案与途径。

Abstract:University novice teachers are generally lack of teaching experience and skills while starting teacher development, which makes related researches more and more important. In this context, this research takes the learner characteristics analysis as an example to enhance university novice teachers'teaching capability through school -based training,including establishment of the train- ing target, construct of the training content and design of the training activities. And it aims to explore specific programs and ways to en- hance university novice teachers' teaching capability.
