基于PLC的变频调速系统设计与调试

摘    要:变频器的控制具有十分重要的现实意义.设计了基于欧姆龙CP1HXA-40DT-D型号PLC和台达VFD系列变频器组合的调速控制方案,包括模拟方式控制和无协议串口方式控制.给出了变频调速系统原理框图,调试了对应的硬件和软件,总结了两种控制方式的优缺点及适用场合.

Abstract:It is specially important to control the frequency converter. The control scheme including analog control and serial comunication mode of TAIDA VFD serise frequency converter based on OMRON CPIHXA-40DT-D PLC was discussed. The system block diagram of speed control by changing the frequency of power was given. Finally, it summarized the merits and shortages of the two control types according to the debuging of corresponding hardware and software.
