摘    要:焦虑是外语学习中最大的情感障碍之一。文章从Krashen的情感过滤假说理论出发,分析了焦虑的类型以及导致焦虑的因素,并提出了相应的对策,以减少或消除外语学习者的焦虑感。

Abstract:Anxiety is considered to be one of the affective factors that most pervasively obstruct the foreign language learning process.Based on Krashen's "Affective Filter Hypothesis",this paper tries to analyze the classification of anxiety and the contributing factors for anxiety.The author also proposes some counter measures to overcome the anxiety in foreign language learning.
