| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和面访等方法,揭示了一般小城市老年人体育锻炼参与意向的实际情况,并运用社会学及心理学理论分析了影响老年人参加体育锻炼的主要因素,在此基础上,提出了相应的对策和建议.
