高校人事管理制度存在的问题及改革

摘    要:高校要培养出更适合经济发展需要的高层次人才,就必须搞好高校的人事管理工作。本文对人事管理制度中存在的管理理念、用人机制、人力资源结构等问题进行了分析,并围绕岗位管理制度、人才引进制度、分配激励制度以及管理人员素质提高等方面,针对性地提出了相应的人事管理改革措施。

Abstract:If the institutions of higher education determine to cultivate high - level talents who can meet the needs of the economic development, they are responsible for a good personnel management. This paper aims to analyze the issues about the management ideas, the employing mechanism and human resources structure in the person- nel management system and tries to put forward some corresponding reform measures on personnel management to improve the post management system, the talent - introducing system, the wealth distribution system and the overall qualities of the management staff.
