| 摘 要： | 国家花样滑冰队双人滑运动员承担在第20届冬奥会上实现历史突破的任务,而运动员年龄大,伤病多,给完成这一任务增加了难度。运用祖国医学理论,结合现代运动创伤治疗手段,将运动员的伤病控制在最小范围内,是备战都灵冬奥会的重要任务之一。赛前训练要加强一般素质训练与专项素质训练,降低运动创伤发生几率,从而保证运动员正常训练和参赛。

| Abstract: | The pairs skaters of the Chinese Figure Skating Team undertaking the mission for realizing the historic breakthrough in the 20th Olympic Winter Games, in the condition, that the top skaters were in old age with lot of injuries. The task was to make a good control of the skaters injuries in a range in which the skaters could have normal training and taking part the Games. The above aim have been fulfilled by the Chinese traditional medicine theory and the modern sports injury therapy measures combining. For the sake of the coorperation of the treatment, the condition and specific training were strengthened. |
