| 摘 要： | 和谐成人教育的特点表现为：以成人学生的特点为出发点，以实现师生双方和谐发展为终极目标，注意成人教育与社会各系统的和谐发展，注重质量与效益的统一、现实需要与理性追求的统一，体现教育公平的时代精神。只有做到了这几点，我们才可能建设真正和谐的成人教育。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of harmonious adult education includeas:It starts from adult students' characater;It aims at the harmonious development of both teachers and students;It pays attention to the harmonious development between adult education and social systems;It emphasizes unifying quality and benefit,reality need and rational persuit;It embodies education fairness which is the spirit of the time.Only by achieving those can we construct the real harmonious adult education. |
