| 摘 要： | 本试图系统地介绍资产证券化的一般操作过程，对资产支持证券的基本交易结构和收益结构进行了详细论述，借鉴国外的成熟经验，结合我国宏观经济环境的制度性特征，以及在资产证券化实践中存在的具体问题，提出资产证券化在我国推广应用的相对对策。
