对我国高等教育实行教育成本分担制度的思考

本文对我国传统的高等教育以绝对低于成本的方式为社会服务，所带来的高等教育需求膨胀等一系列弊病进行了剖析，对在目前高等教育改革中实行教育成本分担制度的可行性、必要性进行论述，并对实行教育成本分担制度下如何避免可能引发的教育机会新的不公平的情况提出了一些看法。

Consideration on Practice of Tuition Cost Sharing System in Higher Education of Our Country

This article tries to analyze the fact that, traditional higher education of our country serves the social by means of absolutely lower cost, therefore, a series of maladies have come about in this way. It also expounds the feasibility and necessity of practice of tuition cost sharing system in the present reform of high education. Furthermore, some ideas are given on how to avoid possible unfairness of obtaining education chances under the tuition cost sharing system in higher education.
