“订单培养”与高职商务英语教学创新

“订单式”培养是实现工学结合和校企合作的重要途径。满足社会需求和发展专业特色是高职商务英语人才“弹性订单”培养模式构建的基础条件。积极探索体现高职教育特色的人才培养新思路、新方法，严格管理和规范运行机制，需要从政府、学校和企业三方面得到保障。该模式的长效机制建设还存在一些问题，有待进一步完善。

Order and Training Model and Innovative Business English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

The "order and training" model is an important approach to achieve cooperative education between colleges and industry.To meet the social needs and to develop the specialized characteristic are fundamental conditions to construct a flexible "order and training" model.To explore new talents-cultivation methods and manage well in Higher Vocational Colleges,is supposed to be guaranteed by the government,colleges and industry as well.The paper argues that problems in the long-term system of the model are to be further promoted.
