| Abstract: | Building a new socialist countryside is particularly important to Hengshui city featured with the "three rural problems".In the process of constructing the new socialist rural areas,Hengshui city has its advantages and disadvantages.For the sake of speeding up the construction,three major contradictions should be resolved,and four combinations should be put into practice. |
