| 摘 要： | 由于客观或主观、直接或间接等诸多方面原因，致使部分读者的阅读产生“倦怠”，给读者的阅读尊来很大影响，在一定程度上危害着读者的身心健康，应采用积极和相应的预防对策，使读者快速地从阅读倦怠的阴影中走出来。

| Abstract: | The fatigue in reading,brought about by objective or subjective direct or indirect factors,exerts a passive impact on the readers,and does harms for the readers' health more or less.Therefore,prophylactic measures should be taken to help the readers to break away quickly from the influence of the fatigue in reading. |
