Parallel import of copyright goods is a thorny problem for it involves the trade of copyright. Since there is not an international convention governing parallel import, each country relies only on its own laws and trade policies. When the traditional laws are insufficient in solving such problems caused by parallel copyright import, legal loophole from all aspects are inevitable, unless considerations are given to the legislation of new technology.
