资本流动、资本供给和区域经济不平衡发展

20世纪90年代以来,我国区域经济发展差距逐渐拉大,资本出现反向流动,针对这种事实,本文对各省资本相对供给程度进行了测算和分析,结论是:区域经济不平衡发展导致区域间资本生产率差异拉大,从而使得发达地区对资本的需求远高于欠发达地区,在整体经济尚处于资本稀缺的时期,各地区资本相对供给程度与经济发展水平呈负相关关系,即发达地区资本相对供给程度反而低于欠发达地区。这样,通过改善欠发达地区市场条件来缩小地区差距,可能比直接增加欠发达地区资金供给更有效。

Capital Flow, Capital Supply and the Unbalanced Regional Economic Development

In the 1990s,the degree of regions' economic development imbalance had deepened,and the direction of capital flow was reverse.Accord to this fact,this article caculates and analyzes the relative capital supply among every provinces.The conclusions are:the regions' economic development imbalance results in the deepening of regions' cap- ital productivity gap,so the capital need in developed region is high than developing region.In the time of capital spar- sity of whole economy,the capital supply and economy develop level has negative relation.It means that the level of capital supply in developed region is high than developing region.For this reason,it will more effective to reduce the gap of region economic development by improving the market condition in developing region than by increasing the cap- ital supply to developing region.
