Using the 80-20 Rule to Improve English Listening Skills

The 80-20 rule, which is introduced by Pareto, the world's great master in management, believes that there exists a certain imbalance between cause and effect, input and output, and effort and reward. The imbalance is shown not only in management, but also in learning and communication. This article tries to look for the main factors which affect English listening comprehension, guided by the rule, and to put forward the effective measures to improve listening skills.
