基于关系资本和知识学习的供应链协同度评价研究

对供应链的协同性进行测度,可以据此分析供应链的协同状态或者效率问题。运用协同学理论从定性和定量角度分析供应链协同状况,提出了基于关系资本和互动学习的供应链协同性评价模型。计算各子系统(要素)的有序度,然后求出系统的协同度。考虑供应链协同的特点和影响协同的关键要素(序参量),以及数据的可获得性,建立了具有可操作性的指标体系。在指标赋权上,考虑到单人评估的主观性等问题,引入多专家共同评估的群组决策方法,将判断矩阵一致性比例赋权法和专家聚类赋权法相结合。对以Z公司为核心企业的供应链进行协同性评价的实证研究,检验指标体系和模型的有效性,总结研究结论,指出研究的局限性并给出建议。

Research on Assessment of Supply Chain Synergy Degree Based on Relational Capital and Knowledge Learning

The synergy of supply chain or its efficiency can be analyzed through the measurement of supply chain synergy degree.The research analyses the synergy status of supply chain from qualitative and quantitative aspects based on synergetic theory and puts forward the supply chain synergy degree measurement model is on the foundation of the relational capital and knowledge learning.At first,the order degree of sub-systems is calculated,synergetic degree of the whole system obtained thereby.The operable index system is established considering the characteristics of the supply chain synergy,key factors influencing synergy(order parameters) and possibility of data acquiring.To avoid the individual’s subjective assessment of issues,multi-level experts group to assess the decision-making methods are performed in empowering the index.The method of proportion of matrix consistency empower is used and combined with the law of empowerment from the cluster of experts.The effectiveness and practicality of the index system and the model is checked through the empirical study on the synergy measurement of supply chain,then the research puts forward the conclusions,analyses the limited and the future suggestion.
