| 摘 要： | 考察美国高科技工业园的发展历史及风险投资的管理运行机制，可以发现其取得成功的基本前提就在于在美国已形成了一套与高新技术企业发展相适应的完善的产权运作机制。这种机制具有两个非常明显的特点：(1)是由风险投资家主导的私有产权结构；(2)是以知识产权为重要特征的产权制度。

| Abstract: | Observing the developed history of the hi-tech industry garden of U.S.A.and the management operating mechanism of risk investment,we can find the basic prerequisite in achieving the success lied in forming one perfect property right operating mechanism in U.S.A.which is in conformity with the development of new high-tech enterprise.This kind of mechanism has the two obvious characteristics: privately owned property right structure by risk investor's leading; property system taking intellectual property right as important characteristic. |
