| 摘 要： | 高校组织人事部门在高校人才队伍建设中担当着重要的职责,是高校人才队伍建设成败的关键.高校组织人事部门要担当起这个职责,必须精通业务,善于从人才工作的战略高度去思考问题;必须既使人才工作制度化,规范化,又能坚持实事求是的思想路线,大胆探索创新;必须学会做人的工作,努力营造人才成长的良好环境.而要真正担当起这一职责和任务,高校组织人事部门就必须是一支思想政治素质过硬,业务知识精良的管理干部队伍.
